Portion control
Motor and auger design dispenses consistent portions; portion count and meal schedule are set in the app.
Consumer & Pet Tech / Solution
Connected feeders, treat dispensers and interactive toys — available as a PCBA scheme or a complete ODM product.
Start a brief01Overview
A feeder platform for pet brands: start from a PCBA scheme or take the complete ODM product, including mechanism, app and cloud.
The design covers hopper and auger geometry, motor and gearbox, portion sensor, controller, Wi-Fi/BLE module, app and cloud API. Capacity, enclosure and feeding mechanism are adapted to the target pet size and food type.
The same electronics platform can drive treat dispensers and interactive toys with sound, motion and scheduled play. PCBA testing, finished-product testing and mass-production assembly are part of the programme.

02Key features
Each feature should map to a specification, a test or a documented application — not a generic marketing claim.
Motor and auger design dispenses consistent portions; portion count and meal schedule are set in the app.
Wi-Fi/BLE control, feeding history, schedules and firmware updates through a documented cloud API.
Optional camera, two-way audio and motion alerts for remote interaction.
AC or USB-C power with battery backup so the schedule continues during a power cut.
Motor current and hopper sensors detect jams, low food and dispense faults.
Removable hopper, bowl and food-contact parts designed for cleaning and material compliance.
03Working principle
The app schedules a meal; the controller drives the motor and auger, the portion sensor confirms the dispense, and the result is reported back to the app.
The owner sets meal times, portion size and alerts in the app.
The MCU drives the motor and auger for the requested portion.
The portion sensor and motor feedback confirm that food was dispensed and the chute is clear.
The result, low-food state and fault events are reported to the app and cloud.
04Model selection
Compare the series against the requirement. Every value should state its unit and test condition.
Representative configurations. Capacity, mechanism, radio and camera options are selected per product and pet size.
| Model group | Capacity | Connectivity | Power | Camera | Dispensing |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| PF-2 | 2 L | Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz + BLE | DC 5 V / battery backup | Optional | 1–10 portions |
| PF-4 | 4 L | Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz + BLE | DC 5 V / battery backup | Optional | 1–20 portions |
| PF-6 | 6 L | Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz + BLE | DC 12 V / battery backup | Optional | 1–20 portions |
| Treat toy | 0.3 L | BLE | USB-C rechargeable | No | 1–5 treats |
05Applications
Add the operating requirement that makes this product a good match — not just an industry logo.
Scheduled meals with app control, history and low-food alerts.
Remote reward and training toys with adjustable treat release.
Motion, sound and play schedules for enrichment and exercise.
Pump control, filter reminders and water-level monitoring.
06Custom development
Start with the control board or take the complete product. Structure, firmware, app and assembly are scoped around the feeder, dispenser or fountain.
07Compliance & quality
Certificate scope and test reports are supplied on request. “Project-specific” means the standard is confirmed for the selected configuration; “pending” means it has not yet been verified for publication.
Design and documentation support; final scope depends on radio, camera and power configuration.
FDA / LFGB compliance is confirmed for the selected hopper and bowl materials.
